Full-Time | $34-$40 / hr + Benefits

Center Carpentry is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing residential remodeling and custom-home team. While this job is posted in Concord , all projects are located in Ashland, NH and the surrounding Central NH region . We welcome applicants from Concord who are open to a predictable commute into the Lakes Region.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily production on active jobsites, working hands-on with apprentices and journeyworkers
• Read and interpret drawings, elevations, and specifications
• Plan work sequences, material needs, and daily goals to keep projects on schedule
• Execute all phases of residential carpentry : framing, trim, cabinetry install, windows / doors, siding, and finish details
• Coordinate and supervise specialty subcontractors on-site
• Uphold company standards for quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Communicate frequently with the Project Manager on progress, needs, and challenges
• Train and mentor less experienced carpenters
• Maintain an organized, clean, protected jobsite
• Use JobTread for daily logs, updates, and communication
