A company is looking for a Content Proofreader, Takeoff (Freelance).

Key Responsibilities

Proofread educational content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency

Compare website text and PDFs side-by-side to ensure accuracy

Communicate issues and inconsistencies to relevant team members and collaborate to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

Prior proofreading / editing experience is required

Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs

Availability for up to 10 hours per week, with potential for more

Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines
