Cash Desk Associate – HighPremium Retail

Overview :

We are seeking a Cash Desk Associate  to deliver an exceptional high-premium customer experience  at the point of sale in our Madison Avenue Flagship. The ideal candidate will combine precision, discretion, and impeccable service to ensure each client’s final interaction reflects the elegance and standards of Boggi Milano.

Compensation & Benefits :

$20–$26 per hour , based on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver a seamless, elevated checkout experience that embodies the brand’s high-premium values.

Process all client transactions with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor.

Support the sales team by preparing invoices, gift receipts, and personalized packaging.

Maintain impeccable presentation standards at the cash desk, including packaging materials and client documentation.

Ensure strict confidentiality of client information and adherence to payment and security protocols.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize client flow and back-of-house organization.

Assist with end-of-day cash reconciliation and administrative reporting as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in high-premium retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional presence.

Proficiency with POS systems and high-premium retail operational processes.

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20lbs+

English required, additional languages are a plus.
