A company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Financial Services Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly sales forecasts and coordinate with various departments to execute sales targets
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations while analyzing sales statistics to formulate policy
Develop and implement new products and processes, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures among team members
Required Qualifications
8 or more years of sales experience, with proven success in SaaS sales
5 or more years of experience managing a high-performing sales team of at least 5 direct reports
Experience in Source-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash selling into Oilfield Service companies is a plus
Proven hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to conduct a solution-oriented sales process, including closing deals
