Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment operations and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching and performance feedback
Develop and implement recruitment workflows and monitor team performance metrics
Build strategic relationships with external talent sources and manage recruitment technology systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in recruitment operations or team leadership
1-2 years of direct people management experience in recruiting teams
Experience in building relationships with external talent pipeline partners
Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics analysis
