Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Generation: Promote products and services, conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Market Research: Collect and analyze market trends and competitor data to inform sales strategies and improve offerings.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, issue resolution, and exceptional service.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory; prepare performance reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features, market trends, and sales techniques.
