TITLE :

  • Associate Attorney   REPORTS TO : Team Lead Attorney   SALARY : Competitive salary c ommensurate with experience   POSITION / TYPE : Exempt     REQUIREMENTS : MUST have an active Bar license in Kansas and at least (1) year of experience pursuing or defending personal injury law claims or other legal experience such as workers’ compensation, disability, or any form of civil litigation; Preferred – active Bar license in Missouri   DiPasquale Moore is a pr emier personal injury law firm headquartered in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri with multiple additional offices throughout the r egion .   Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth has been driven by the professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic and sometimes life - altering event of a personal injury     Job Overview :   The Associate Attorney will represent clients and collaborate with the legal team to ensur e that each person we represent receive s the highest standard of legal service .   The attorney will be primarily located in either Topeka, KS or Lawrence, KS , and may spend a portion of time at each .

This position w ill also provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations.     Duties & Responsibilities :
