Registered Nurse (RN) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana RN License Required

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to Assisted Living residents

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident health, document changes, and communicate promptly with physicians and families

Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and interdisciplinary teams to create and follow individualized care plans

Mentor and support care staff to maintain consistent, high-quality care

Foster a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where residents thrive

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
