Are you ready to make a significant impact at Stanford Health Care As a Program / Project Coordinator in Facilities Construction you will play a crucial role in advancing complex projects that support key Facilities Services and enterprise-wide initiatives.
In this on-site at Construction offices in either Palo Alto Redwood City or Pleasanton areas you will work closely with construction Project Managers and Project Engineers assisting with meeting scheduling logistics document preparation and action item tracking. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth project execution and timely communication among cross-functional stakeholders. A Brief Overview
Under the direction of the Manager assist managing projects and programs which support the Stanford Hospital and Clinics organization and integration of the department. Provides leadership in the areas of financial management human resources communications purchasing inventory management and other department support. Coordinates projects and activities. Serves as liaison to customers and other departments. Strong positive relationships required with support departments as well as with vendors.

Base Pay Scale : Generally starting at $43.77 - $56.90 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
