Order Processer

Job Title:

• Order Processor Job Summary: We are looking for a Team Uniform Order Processor to manage the ordering process for team uniforms on our online ordering platform.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing and customer service, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
• This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process team uniform orders submitted through our online ordering platform Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any issues Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of uniforms Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information Provide outstanding customer service throughout the ordering process Meet order processing and delivery deadlines Continuously improve the ordering process to enhance customer experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in order processing and customer service preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in using computers and online ordering platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you meet the qualifications listed above and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter.
