Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class customer service and build relationships with members and other departments
Address member inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and coverage via various communication methods
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications
Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
