The Administrative Specialist - Quality Assurance / Production works closely with team members in the audit / assurance department in document processing and assembly.
Major Responsibilities
- Produce documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using designed templates
- Utilize software to process deliverables through firm’s quality control process
- Proofread documents
- Create, format, review, as well as correct, client deliverables
- Process, assemble, and bind client reports and proposals
- Provide back-up support to other administrative functions at the firm, as needed
- All other duties, as assigned
