Top Required Skills for this Position :

Manage implementation process through all phases of the project lifecycle end to end project management.

Plan and manage project schedule dependencies and milestone tracking tools to track progress against the baseline work plan.

Develop and manage project resource plan to successfully deliver project deliverables within allocated budget.

Other Requirements :

Oversee and ensure thorough documentation of project requirements.

Manage Project level Risk and Issue Management process.

Support project controls and communications.

Participate in program and release-level planning by providing project level milestones deliverables and dependencies.

Support weekly Project and Program Status Report generation (accomplishments in progress dependencies risks issues and metrics)

Utilizing standard project management processes / tools assess project status and provide recommendations and execute on course corrections as needed (dont just measure actively engage to fix the problem)

Base Requirements :

Highly motivated and self-directing individuals who have prior experience managing multiple projects including large complex system implementations.

Program / Project Management experience for software development implementation is required. eCommerce retail experience would be of high value.

Excellent ability to communicate (written and verbal) with multiple levels of leadership as well as cross-functional business and technical teams.

Facilitate weekly / monthly project team meetings.

Technical :

Excellent project management competencies including experience in Agile Iterative Waterfall methodologies.

Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project).

Describe the Daily job duties for this position :

Project Management for eCommerce development implementation across multiple (up to 3) release tracks

This role will work with eCommerce Product Management Business Analysts Creative Designers Technical Leads Development Release Management Change Management and Testing Center Leads to manage the definition and implementation of site enhancements.
