This is a high-level, in-office role with some remote flexibility for a seasoned litigator who thrives in complex injury and medical negligence cases.

About the Role
This attorney will handle plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice matters, with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation, injury litigation, and trials. The role involves significant courtroom exposure, medical analysis, and high-value settlement and trial work in state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Handle medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases from intake through trial
- Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and court conferences
- Draft and argue procedural and substantive motions
- Prepare and conduct jury trials
- Perform in-depth medical record analysis and evaluate causation
- Negotiate settlements and participate in ADR forums
- Communicate extensively with clients, medical professionals, experts, and opposing counsel
