StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8;On Call Pay Rate : $349.20 - $378.00

This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p + call
• Practice Setting : Inpatient / Outpatient
• Types of Cases : Bread and butter Gastroenterology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications required : Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required : Active Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
