Marketing Manager Sr

As a Marketing Manager Sr within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in a Marketing Hub for PNC. In this role, you will :

  • Lead the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for one or more products / initiatives / channels.
  • Formulate plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
  • Develop value proposition for key segments and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products.
  • Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset.
  • Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Develop data-driven acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring focus on measurement / ROI.
  • Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments.
  • Produce quarterly newsletters targeting strategic audiences.
  • Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for LOB.
  • Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media.
  • Lead agency management and coordination.
  • Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
  • Manage activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
  • Responsible for performance management, continuous coaching and development of employees to ensure that they can achieve business results and adapt to evolving business marketing strategies and financial industry changes.

    Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

    Pay Transparency Base Salary : $114,500.00 $186,600.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
