Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company's proprietary sales process
• Meet or exceed the company's daily benchmarks for customer outreach (phone calls, text messages, and emails)
• Greet, guide, and assist customers along the sales process
• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of the vehicle on the lot
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfactory CSI scores

Your Day-to-Day:

• Meet new people: Be the face of the dealership and engage with customers to understand their needs and make their car-buying dreams a reality.

What We're Looking For:

• Communication skills: You'll be talking to customers all day your ability to connect and engage is key!

• Sales experience (a plus, but not required!): Whether you've sold cars before or are new to sales, we'll provide the training and tools to help you succeed!
