About the role At RNWBL, our warehouse is a critical operational hub supporting renewable energy projects across the country. We are looking for a
systems-driven Lead Warehouse Technician who combines strong warehouse execution with advanced software proficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that inventory accuracy, visibility, and operational flow are driven by data, ERP discipline, and process ownership - not just physical warehouse experience.
This position reports directly to the
Inventory and Order Management Coordinator.
What You'll Do Inventory Systems & Software Ownership (Primary Focus) - Execute daily inventory transactions within NetSuite, Ventory, and Smartsheet with high accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory visibility across systems
- Process inbound/outbound material moves using ERP and WMS workflows
- Resolve system discrepancies and support inventory reconciliation
- Track order status, material movement, and reporting within digital platforms
- Generate and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory reports
- Support process improvements focused on system efficiency and data accuracy
Warehouse & Logistics Operations - Perform inbound/outbound material handling and shipments
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Uncrate, palletize, and stage materials for efficient storage
- Store materials in designated bin locations using system-based tracking
- Pick and prepare materials for internal teams and external customers
- Coordinate shipments with outside service providers
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration - Identify workflow improvements between warehouse operations and software systems
- Partner cross-functionally to improve inventory flow and reporting accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
What You Bring REQUIRED - Technical Systems Experience (Non-Negotiable) - Hands-on experience using ERP/WMS systems in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency with:

- Ventory (inventory control and tracking)
- Smartsheet (tracking, workflow visibility, reporting)
- Ability to manage inventory digitally - not just physically
Warehouse Experience - 3+ years of warehouse or inventory operations experience
- Forklift certification or experience
- Experience managing inventory accuracy and reconciliation
Preferred - Experience with electronic components or technical equipment
- Experience supporting logistics in industrial or renewable energy environments
