TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med / Surg RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505!

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain documentation per hospital and professional standards.
• Care for diverse patient populations : infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
