We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team. If you are driven to grow professionally, face challenges daily and collaborate with a team that shares your passion for excellent client service, look no further than Arrowhead Animal Hospital.

This is a full-time position. $18.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out of the facility
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with impromed systems
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
