California Licensed Therapist

A company is looking for a Therapist I to provide employment-focused clinical and case management services to clients with mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments, crisis interventions, and short-term therapy for clients with mental illness and co-occurring disorders

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and manage crises while adapting treatment plans as needed

Maintain documentation of client services and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Degree in MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, or PhD with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Must be registered with BBS or Board of Psychology

Current knowledge of crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions, and documentation standards

Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices and integrated health care approaches

Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
