Participate in weekly team meetings Service existing clients by answering questions and adjusting policies as needed Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License required Life Insurance License is a bonus Minimum of 1 year insurance sales experience is preferred Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency Possess an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up Computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
