Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, Drivers safely transport participants to and from their destinations, all while creating genuine, positive connections. Drivers perform thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicles are fully stocked with emergency supplies, ensuring each ride is safe. Drivers receive structured training, follow straightforward procedures, and effectively communicate with dispatch and leadership.

We are seeking Drivers that ideally have patient transport and / or exceptional customer service experience. If you're ready to join a team that values both its participants and team members, we'd love to hear from you!

Salary / Wage base range for this role is $21.00 - $22.93 hourly + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
