The Role

We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Salesforce and Automation Engineering teams. These teams power the systems, integrations, and workflows that drive ZenBusiness's internal operations and customer experience.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who thrives on delivery excellence, mentorship, and driving operational efficiency through technology and AI. You'll oversee Salesforce administrators, developers, and automation engineers (including nearshore contractors) to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with company strategy.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Business Systems and is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Salesforce and Automation engineers, including full-time employees and nearshore contractors.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to promote career growth and engagement.
• Empower senior engineers and leads to own sprint planning, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
