Key Responsibilities
Drive product enablement and sales process execution, including new product launches and sales tooling rollouts
Build development programs for representatives and managers, including training frameworks and coaching tools
Measure impact of enablement initiatives and partner strategically with sales leadership to align priorities with revenue goals
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
Proven track record of leading enablement programming lifecycles end to end
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, particularly for SMBs
Strong data fluency to connect enablement initiatives with measurable business impact
Experience with call coaching platforms and building structured certification programs
