What You Get To Do :

You will help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You will model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. You will :

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors
• Perform the job duties you're supervising
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Assist leadership with supervision of planning, directing, and organizational needs of the department with a focus in Catering, Special Events and Consumer Events & Festivals
• Respond to guest and team member needs
• Assists leadership with employees scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment
