Safety Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Safety Supervisor role at Prime Safety Management LLC in the Cincinnati, OH area, supporting a national general contractor on a civil construction project..

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for conducting site safety audits, delivering safety meetings and new-hire safety orientations, performing equipment inspections, conducting trenching and excavation assessments, conducting crane and rigging inspections, and other areas of heavy civil construction safety management.

The Safety Supervisor must also be well-versed in basic software applications, including Microsoft Office, Hammertek, iAuditor, Procore, and other safety management programs. Previous experience as a safety professional managing safety objectives on heavy civil projects is required.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a safety professional working in heavy civil steel / marine / concrete / bridge construction projects or related is required.
• BCSP certification, or a Bachelor's Degree in Safety is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be fit and able.
