Entry Level Role

Responsibilities

Generating client reports

Promptly and efficiently handling client issues

Managing client expectations and communication

Researching and applying online trends

Qualifications

Experience with Google search engine, SEO, and Social media

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent relationship building and customer service skills

Must be able to communicate effectively—written and verbal

Have a strong work ethic, the ability to work unsupervised and independently
