[job_card.job_description]Support MRB process for supplier materials. Investigate trends and issue timely corrective action requests to suppliers to resolve discrepant material issues and determine root causes. Assure supplier contractual, regulatory, and technical compliance. Work closely with suppliers and the QinetiQ team to resolve supplier issues. Manage supplier requests for waivers, deviations, and discrepancy reporting. Perform supplier process surveillance & product source inspections. Update supplier database with performance records, declarations and certifications. Review program contractual and drawing requirements and support inspection activities. Provide hands on support to receiving inspection personnel on products involving a wide range of mechanical, electro-mechanical and electric disciplines.
