Using proprietary algorithms to help mid-sized companies connect all their disparate data into one place, analyze it, create visual dashboards, and action plans to drive strategic decision-making. Our goal is to help reduce analysis and reporting time from 4-12 weeks to under 5 minutes

As a DevOps Developer at HeronAI, youll play a pivotal role in achieving this vision. You wont just be building infrastructure; youll be crafting the foundation for the easiest-to-use analytics platform ever created. This isnt about chasing bleeding-edge technologies; its about taking proven tools and reshaping them to deliver instant value and unparalleled ease of use to our customers.

What Youll Do

• Design and manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines that deliver unmatched speed and reliability for our clients.
• Create a seamless experience where data integration is instant and customers can generate actionable insights without friction.
• Develop and enhance CI / CD pipelines to support rapid feature releases with robust testing and security measures.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness , using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure infrastructure aligns with our customer-first methodology and the fastest possible user experience .
• Maintain a focus on automation , enabling us to continually scale and adapt to customer needs.
• Enhance system monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus , Grafana , or the ELK stack .
• Drive efforts to achieve SOC 2 compliance , ensuring security protocols are robust and auditable.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure infrastructure aligns with customer-centric development.
• Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud resources.
• Develop strategies for incident response and recovery to minimize downtime.
