Iowa Licensed Senior Actuarial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to perform moderately complex actuarial work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with team members to ensure appropriate rate and reserve levels

Completes pricing, reserving, and modeling work assignments and presents recommendations

Leads and participates in special projects related to product development and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, or statistics

Two years of actuarial experience, with relevant internship experience considered

Completion of VEEs and at least two actuarial exams

Strong knowledge of mathematics, probability, and statistics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably SQL
