We are hiring Recruiters and Sourcers to support AI, Tech, and Go-to-Market hiring.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and TA leaders to understand critical business needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover top talent across engineering, AI, sales, marketing, and more
- Manage candidates from first outreach through offer, delivering an exceptional experience
- Build and maintain strong pipelines in highly competitive markets
- Collaborate with a global team of recruiters who share best practices and drive results together
