Position Overview :

As a Home Care Marketer, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, doctors' offices, assisted living facilities, and senior living communities. You will also engage with the community to raise awareness about our services and ensure more families have access to the care they need. Your role is key to the agency's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other referral sources
• Market our home care services to potential clients and their families
• Educate the community on the importance of caregiving and our home care offerings
• Conduct presentations, in-services, and informational sessions for referral partners
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
• Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth transitions for clients
• Promote agency brand and services through digital, print, and in-person efforts

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales (preferably in home care or senior services)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of senior care services and local healthcare systems
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
