We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.

In Clinic
Part-time- nights- 2.5-12 hours per week. 3:30/4-6:30pm Monday through Thursday
In Home- Flexible schedule- Will be required to do at least 2 sessions a week.
Can flex between clinic and home sessions.
Home sessions can be scheduled matched to fit your availability, including days/nights/weekends. Very flexible.
Longest in-home session is 3 hours. 2 Hours are typically scheduled.
Can work in home exclusively.
-As a newer practice, we are continuously growing. Room for advancement.
-Child-led therapy!! No forcing to desks.
-We are flexible and may be able to change days if the listed days do not work for you.
Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the implementation of skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
- Support clients in various settings such as home, center, or community environments
Requirements
- RBT (or willingness to obtain) preferred, but not required at this time
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Familiarity with medical documentation and records
- Proficiency in data collection for behavioral analysis
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and patient care practices
