Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.

Schedules Available

(Please review before you apply to make sure you can fit the current need)

In Clinic

Part-time- nights- 2.5-12 hours per week. 3 : 30 / 4-6 : 30pm Monday through Thursday

In Home- Flexible schedule- Will be required to do at least 2 sessions a week.

Can flex between clinic and home sessions.

Home sessions can be scheduled matched to fit your availability, including days / nights / weekends. Very flexible.

Longest in-home session is 3 hours. 2 Hours are typically scheduled.

Can work in home exclusively.

  • As a newer practice, we are continuously growing. Room for advancement.
  • Child-led therapy!! No forcing to desks.
  • We are flexible and may be able to change days if the listed days do not work for you.

Duties

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct 1 : 1 therapy to individuals
  • Collect data on observable client behavior
  • Assist in the implementation of skill acquisition programs
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
  • Support clients in various settings such as home, center, or community environments

    • Requirements

  • RBT (or willingness to obtain) preferred, but not required at this time
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and records
  • Proficiency in data collection for behavioral analysis
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and patient care practices
