Your new role

As the Director of Real Estate Asset Management, you will lead and inspire a team of portfolio managers to drive performance across a diverse portfolio. Youll oversee leasing, budgeting, cash flow, and capital projects, while also playing a key role in acquisitions, financing, and long-term strategic planning. This high-impact role requires up to 50% travel and offers significant visibility and influence across the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in real estate asset management, with a focus on multifamily and industrial properties
• Demonstrated success in financial planning, operational oversight, and capital project execution
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience with third-party partners
• A graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate (strongly preferred)
• A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
