Key Responsibilities
Build and manage CRM journeys, developing automated campaigns to drive member engagement
Own data flow and integrations, ensuring reliable and personalized communication
Design scalable campaign architecture across multiple channels while maintaining compliance and brand integrity
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing with a focus on marketing automation
Deep familiarity with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Iterable, or Braze
Working knowledge of HTML and data integrations via APIs or data pipelines
Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs
Bachelor's degree in a related field
