One of New York's top personal injury law firms is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our New York Office.

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and compassionate to experience to our clients. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Client service is at the heart of what we do, so strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust are essential. Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure all key deadlines and statues of limitations are met
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including :

Notice of Claims

• Summonses and Complaints
• Bill of Particulars
• Discovery Demands and Responses
• Notes of Issue
• Subpoenas
• Trial preparation materials
• Electronically file legal documents in compliance with NYS and NYC court rules
• Prepare demand packages and support attorneys with discovery and case development

Qualifications and Skills :

• Minimum of 3 yeas of experience as a personal injury paralegal handling New York cases
• Strong understanding of NYS and NYC statutes, court rules, and legal procedures
• Experience with electronic court filing systems in New York
• Familiarity with SmartAdvocate (preferred but not required)
• NYS Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Demonstrates empathy, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset
• Punctual, accountable, and committed to going the extra mile for clients and colleagues

Salary :

• $80,000 -$95,000
