We are currently seeking a Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. You will be helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
What you'll do :
- Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
- Design, code, test, debug, and document ClaimCenter programs and integrations
- Collaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
- Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
- Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet / intranet / internal applications
- Develop cost-effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs
What You'll Need :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of Guidewire Insurance Suite experience that includes strong experience with ClaimCenter cloud; may consider PolicyCenter Cloud experience in lieu of.Ability leading technical teams (doesn't have to have had a Lead title) : assigning work, doing code reviews, and providing mentorship.Expertise in GOSU (or Java) programmingAbility to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter (or PolicyCenter) integrationsExperience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications (preferred)Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain languageCompensation depends on experience, ranging from $129K - 162K. However, the client generally hires up to the 80th percentile to allow room for future growth and merit increases. In practice, this means the realistic hiring range tops out at approximately $152K plus a 10% bonus. We are willing to submit candidates over that range, but cannot promise flexibility upwards (above the 80th percentile)
