Casa Leona Recovery is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Technician to join our team of professionals. Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Technician, your primary role will include :
- Completing admission / intake procedures for new clients including paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation
- Conducting property searches as required by program standards
Performing urine drug screenings for clients numb tv
Supervising medication calls if necessaryProviding transportation services including patient transportation, donation pick-ups, and agency errandsAttending in-service training, educational workshops, and required staff meetingsDeveloping and maintaining client records, progress reports, and treatment documentationIdentifying and addressing crises, behavioral changes, and additional assistance needsAdhering to professional ethics, maintaining confidential information, and respecting appropriate boundariesKey Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalency
RADT or equivalentMust possess valid California driver's license and liability insurance if driving. Depends on positionExcellent communication, observation, and writing skillsFamiliarity with various recovery resources available in the communityCompleted required trainings and certifications, including CPR / First Aid, TB test, Health Screen / Work Clearance, and Food Handlers CertificationWork Environment and Team
