[job_card.job_description]Supervising medication calls if necessary Providing transportation services including patient transportation, donation pick-ups, and agency errands Attending in-service training, educational workshops, and required staff meetings Developing and maintaining client records, progress reports, and treatment documentation Identifying and addressing crises, behavioral changes, and additional assistance needs Adhering to professional ethics, maintaining confidential information, and respecting appropriate boundaries Key Skills and Qualifications RADT or equivalent Must possess valid California driver's license and liability insurance if driving. Depends on position Excellent communication, observation, and writing skills Familiarity with various recovery resources available in the community Completed required trainings and certifications, including CPR / First Aid, TB test, Health Screen / Work Clearance, and Food Handlers Certification if you are eager to play a pivotal role in our clients' recovery journeys, making a lasting impact in their lives, and want to join a supportive work environment that helps you thrive, then we want to hear from you. Casa Leona Recovery is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Technician to join our team of professionals. Our center is committed to providing exceptional care for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol dependency, mental health disorders and overall recovery. Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Technician, your primary role will include :
- Completing admission / intake procedures for new clients including paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientation
- Conducting property searches as required by program standards
Performing urine drug screenings for clients numb tv
High school diploma or equivalency
