Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of 50-70 mid-market and enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner
Drive account retention and revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expanded platform usage
Analyze account performance data to uncover insights and recommend actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
Demonstrated success managing renewals and long-term account growth
Strong understanding of digital marketing or customer engagement platforms
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Experience in e-commerce or highly regulated industries is a strong plus
