Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled MAWM QA Tester to lead and execute testing efforts for Manhattan Active WM implementations. The QA Tester will work closely with Manhattan Associates, delivery teams, and DC operations to validate functionality, log results, and troubleshoot configurations. This is a hands-on testing role with both QA execution and systems configuration responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Perform QA testing using test scripts and document results in Jira

Validate MAWM capabilities and customized client solutions

Execute and troubleshoot configuration in the Manhattan MAWM environment

Collaborate with delivery teams and operations to define and test new capabilities

Ensure alignment with enterprise and next-gen architecture standards

Produce technical documentation and system diagrams as needed

Work with related Manhattan tools such as Slotting Optimization, SCI Reporting, MIF/DIF, and LMS

Write and read SQL queries to support test validation
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan MAWM

Proven experience in QA testing and documenting test cases in Jira

Multiple full-cycle Manhattan implementations

Skilled in configuration, validation, and solution documentation

Ability to read and write SQL

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar field preferred

Strong communication and confidentiality practices

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
