GCC-Customer Support Management
This role involves coordinating responses to customer inquiries regarding spare parts requirements and facilitating the resolution of delivery problems. You will manage the collection and processing of supplier and customer data related to the delivery of spare parts provisioning products or related services. The position also requires entering, tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer material delivery requirements and returns for customer orders.

Work Environment :
This is an on-site position located in Miami, FL, with full-time hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role requires the ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be available.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
