The Role : Account Manager

We’re looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our high-performing, fast-growing team.

This isn’t a back-office role, you’ll be working directly with some of the smartest, most driven business owners in the world, helping them get the very best results from our products and services.

You’ll be :

• Building strong, trusted relationships with ambitious clinic owners.
• Guiding them to get the most from their marketing campaigns.
• Supporting your own portfolio of 20+ accounts with care, energy, and strategy.
• Working with our creative team to make sure ads, funnels, and campaigns go out on time and deliver real results.
• Helping clients generate predictable leads and sales, so they can change more lives in their communities.

Your Mission (Strategic Objectives)

As an Account Manager at Paul Gough Media, your mission is to keep clients happy and loyal by delivering a world-class experience at every touchpoint. You’ll help clients drive predictable leads and strong ROI through well-managed ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and beyond. Day-to-day, you’ll ensure that projects run smoothly by coordinating with marketing assistants, gathering assets, and managing timelines with precision. You’ll also be responsible for turning client goals into actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable results. And because we believe in lifting each other up, part of your role will involve supporting and mentoring your marketing assistant so that both of you, and the team as a whole, continue to perform at a higher level.

Competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

This will be a full time role based in our Celebration Offices in Florida
