[job_card.job_description]Activate and optimize our current KOL relationships to drive trading volume growth. Design, manage, and support KOL campaigns that engage communities and increase platform activity. Track trends across Web3, DeFi, and trading communities to uncover fresh opportunities. Translate insights into strategies for impactful partnerships. Build on our established trust with KOLs by nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Support ongoing collaborations to maximize outcomes and ensure alignment with our brand. Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Established KOL network with experience leveraging it to deliver measurable results. Prior experience working with existing KOL ecosystems and scaling them further. Experience in channel development, market expansion, or community growth. Strong understanding of crypto markets and ecosystems (preferred). Proficiency in English (required). Fluency in one or more of the following is highly valued : Russian, Korean, Chinese. Plug into scale : Work with an already strong global KOL network and expand it further. Impact at speed : Drive trading activity and partnerships across global crypto communities. Fast-paced growth : Operate at the frontier of trading, DeFi, and influencer-led adoption. Global role : Collaborate with top-tier KOLs, influencers, and projects across multiple regions. Future-forward path : Clear opportunities to grow with us as we scale. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong networker and relationship-builder, comfortable engaging high-level stakeholders. Results-driven, with the ability to design and execute measurable campaigns. Cultural fluency across global communities (crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, etc.). Strategic thinker who thrives in high-autonomy environments.
