We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our ATL Site who is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, contractors, and customers across all company operations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, training employees on safety programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Safety Manager will oversee the implementation of established safety programs, perform safety audits, provide training and coaching, and work closely with customers to assess and improve their safety practices. Forklift operation and certification are essential to this role. Frequent travel to customer locations is required.

Physical Requirements :
This role may involve on-site or field-based activities. Depending on the position, tasks may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking; working in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments; and performing occasional manual tasks such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs , bending, or reaching. The role may also require travel, working in varying environmental conditions, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when appropriate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Compensation :
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses / incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $105,000.
