As a Sandwich Maker for, you will have a direct impact on our customers and will be integral to making sure they have an amazing experience!

The sandwich station at Dunkin' Donuts performs several duties during a typical shift. Sandwich makers assist Dunkin' customers with orders, prepare food to customer specifications, operate cash registers, and complete other jobs assigned by a manager. Sandwich makers also field customer questions and complaints about personnel or products.

The sandwich station may need to complete other duties apart from customer service, including cleaning and stocking. Sandwich makers at Dunkin may need to clean kitchen, restaurant, and restroom areas as well as stock food goods when supply runs low.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing all menu items according to recipes
• Prepping, cleaning up, and re-prepping all stations to ensure we are ready for both the current service and the next
• Following FIFO for all stations - first in, first out
• Ensuring all product is fresh and ready to be served
• Communicating with Managers and Front of House about daily specials and inventory
• Cross training across stations to ensure well rounded knowledge
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Following all opening and closing procedures
• Greeting and connecting with customers
