Heat Treat Operator : Clinton, Wisconsin

Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Heat Treat Operators to work full-time on 2nd and 3rd shift. As a Heat Treat Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, monitoring furnace cycles, and performing testing operations to ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Heat Treat Operator :

• Load and unload materials into heat treat furnaces
• Monitor and document furnace cycles according to process specifications
• Perform testing operations to verify quality of treated materials
• Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and assist in resolving operational problems
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Heat Treat Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Heat Treat Operator : $18 - $21 per hour, Based on experience

Heat Treat Operator Benefits :

Type : 3rd Shift, Full-time with OT required

Schedule : 3rd Shift : Sunday-Thursday from 8 : 00pm – 6 : 30am
