We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our dental practice by providing preventative care and education to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings, providing oral health education, and assisting the dentist in various procedures.

• Monday through Friday - no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive oral evaluations and assessments, including taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good oral health.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments and ensure that the treatment room is prepared and sterilized.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest dental practices, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality care.
