LitigationI Attorney - Urgent Hiring of Multiple Candidates

Prestigious Business and General Litigation Law Firm with a location in Walnut seeking to fill the vacancy of associate attorneys because it is expanding. Newly admitted attorneys are welcome; we will train.

This firm has litigated against giants including Fortune 500 companies : Alibaba, Disneyland, Chanel, JP Morgan Chase Bank, State of California, Amway, and many, many more. We represent both Plaintiffs as well as Defense, as we believe everyone has rights that must be enforced. If you want the experience of being a litigation attorney, this is the firm for you.

The ideal candidate will be someone looking for an opportunity to take ownership of matters and take cases to trial. At least 5 years of litigation experience, including experience speaking with clients, drafting pleadings, mediating matters, and first or second chairing trials or arbitration hearings, required. Knowledge of franchise law is not required as the firm will provide training.

We are looking for an attorney who with a clear pathway for continued growth (both in compensation and role). Attorneys also receive origination credit.

• Responsibilities :
• Independently handle matters from start to finish
• Identify claims and help clients navigate their options
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Handle mediations, trials, and arbitration hearings
• Effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel
• Set and manage client expectations
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with CA State Bar
• History of being deadline-driven and organized
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Utilize independent problem-solving skills

This firm is offering $100,000 - $250,000 yearly, with 35 billable hours per month requirement. Benefits offered upon completion of the probationary period. Experience is preferred but not required.

Pay : Starting from $100,000 - $250,000 per year based on experience

Schedule : 8-hour shift
