• Develop and update Individual Plans of Service (IPOS), inclusive of authorizations based on supportive documentation from intake, screeners, assessments, clinical records, client needs, and person-centered goals.

• Collaborate with clients, clinical triad, and consented parties, e.g., family members, probation/parole agents, and community stakeholders, to support coordinated and holistic treatment planning.
• Submit required progress reports to referral sources (e.g., probation/parole), maintaining confidentiality and obtaining necessary consents.
• Actively participate as a multidisciplinary team member in treatment reviews, case conferences, utilization reviews, transition/program, and discharge planning.

• Track authorization status, respond to requests from insurance underwriters, and communicate with billing supervisors regarding renewals or issues impacting coverage.
• Ensure authorizations support continued access to medically necessary services.

• Participate in scheduled team meetings, case reviews, required supervision (individual, triadic, group), and in-service trainings to support credentialing and licensure.
